"Of course losing a fur child is something we all never want to happen but unfortunately it does. It was hard since her illness seemed to be short and then we found out she had serious issues. Dr. Andrews and the awesome staff were truly caring and compassionate during this rough time. Baby passed. My one regret was I wished I had a foot print of her because she had the smallest feet for such a large kitty. A few days passed and I received the best surprise, a lovely sympathy card and inside a paw print with Baby's name on it, wow was I feeling blessed. The clinic was very supportive, kept in touch during treatment and and absolutely care. Thank you for all your help and kindness."
