"I switched from walgreens to cvs in easton a few years ago. at first it was great. if i needed a refill id call it in and it was always ready on time or early. now they are never ready. in fact they dont even try to fill your rx until you are at the counter tryng to pick it up. they dont care about your time. they either tell you to wait in the store for anywhere from 15 mins to an hour. or make another trip later or the next day . if i could give zero stars i would. horrible way to treat people."

"Very poor customer service at the drive through pharmacy. Brand new to town and have used this pharmacy 5 times total. Each time worse than the one before. Rude, laughed at my name, asked inappropriate questions about vaccine status and literally ran away from the window when picking up prescription for covid positive patient in the back seat after 3 day delay on home prescription delivery."
