"Everytime we come here, the employees have been friendly and courteous. When we place an online order, if we walk in and it is not done, they immediately ask the name of our order and give us an update on the status. Absolutely amazing customer service and the food is always suburb."
"I was out Christmas shopping with my mom and my Aunt Janet. We stopped at Jersey Mike's for lunch. All 3 of us ordered the cheesesteak subs and they were out of this world. The bread was so soft and fresh. The meat was nice and juicy ( and there was alot of meat on the subs ). Just the right amount of toppings, so not to over power the meat ). The staff was just as friendly ( not like most places who are unhappy to be working during the holidays ). The dinning area was nice and clean. The bathrooms were spotless. It is definitely a 10 out of 10 experience."
"DON'T come at this location if you want a special order! Every time I come there, this short, BIG, blonde, mixed looking lady who usually prep the food, has a HUGE ATTITUDE! She acts sooo annoyed, & is VERY off-putting! Mumbling under her breath, the deep sighs.... I'm VERY polite when I order my food! I sure hope she isn't the Manager! I wish I knew her name! I'll be contacting Corporate either way!"
"I felt rushed when I was telling the girl what I wanted. And she tried to move on to the next person before I could ask my question. That happened a few times. I don't feel like they had a lot of options to put on my sandwich as in condiments. I kind of felt like I was a number instead of a person or a customer. I got the ham and cheese and when I asked the guy for a lot of mayonnaise he barely put any on my sandwich was okay. My boyfriend did like the Philly cheese steak he said that was delicious"
"Would have given more than 5 stars if I could. I placed an order online at 6:48 pm while picking up dinner for my kids from McDonald’s. It took me 3 minutes to drive to Jersey Mikes where I was instantly greeted by a young man who I believe was named Evan. He asked me the name for my order and even though I had literally just placed it and they had a store FULL of people they prioritized my order and worked hard to keep me from having to wait. I was out the door before 7 pm. Thanks guys!"
