"Always in a rush to take my order because their line gets long fast I guess? But that's part of the job and that's part of being in a line. People have to wait their turn and when it's my turn I expect to be able to explain what I actually want to order. Not be rushed and constantly after everything I say being asked. Anything else? Anything else? When? Obviously I'm not finished! That really grinds my gears. Then when I get my coffee and it doesn't taste anything like what I asked for to be put in it is in it. It really really ruins my whole day so when it does get made right I'm going to ask who made it because I'm going to request that person every time lol. So here is either hit or miss."

"Wow! The attitude of the girl doing the drive-through. Nothing going on but when I wanted to.add a plain bagel to my order before I handed her my credit card she made a big fuss about it and told me to drive around again because there was a car behind me. And mind you I had to wait 5 minutes for my order. Good thing this is not the only DD. Now I just have to find out who owns them because whoever runs this one I'm done with"
"Disappointed. I never thought I'd be writing a bad review for Dunkin! So, I ordered a small matcha latte no ice. Do you know what they gave me? A medium cup half filled. That's not even close to how much is in a small cup! I dont like to complain, so I just left frustrated. Then, when I was in the car, I checked the recipet and they charged me for an iced medium matcha latte. This whole experience is bizarre. Will not be going to this Dunkin again. There are better ones out there."
"Wow - really! Smh I ordered a coffee roll through drive through today at 1:15pm. It took the 3 minutes to get it (which I thought was strange). I get all the way home, just to find out they gave me something else other than what I ordered. I was wondering why the young lady was smirking but now I understand. I'm never going here! Years of going there, today is the last day. Man it's sad."
