"Took my son here for a sick visit. After less than 5 minutes, the doctor said he had an ear infection. He sent a prescription to our pharmacy, nice and easy. Then the bill comes and we were charged an extra $100+ just because my son was a new patient...No extra time was spent with him, yet they try to extract $300 from us for a 5-minute sick visit? Yeah right!"

"We chose this office when I was pregnant with my oldest who is almost 15 now. We started with doctor Amler and since he was always booked we continued with doctor Levene. I can't say enough how wonderful doctor Levene is. My 3 kids love him. He is always polite and informative, has amazing bedside manners. I am giving 4 stars only because of the front desk. They are not too friendly most of the time"
"Very disappointing visit. I just relocated with my family to Westchester and did a good amount of research to find a good physician. My kids LOVE going to the doctor. The front desk service was satisfactory enough but was turned off by Dr. Schwartz and the physician's assistant that engaged us. Both lacked bedside manner and didn't seem to know how to properly engage young children (3 + 5). This was our first visit. We were not greeted with a hello but chastised for not having a mask on (we had to wait a significant amount of time to be seen and my kids pulled down their mask for a quick snack). The physician's assistant was unfriendly and rough with his manner. My kids left crying and scared. This is unlike any doctors visit they ever had. I've never written a google review for anything but felt compelled to do so. I hope this office sees this review and uses it to makes sure that its team is properly trained. We will not be returning to this practice."
