"My baby was there for about 5 months. If your baby cries too much they ask you to come pick up the child, even if they are not sick. That's what babies do sometimes.. Also when I picked up my child early, a newborn baby was crying, she was fairly new there. I asked about her and the employee there at the time said she was "just spoiled" and let her cry. If the child is too much of a hassle then they don't like it. They have an app which I like but could be better at responding and being interactive. Also I had to ask several times for things to be done the way I wanted. On several occasions they let my breast milk spoil even though I asked them to refrigerate it. Pretty sure they do whatever they want when the parents arent around. The staff is friendly though and the house is nice and clean. When it comes to the toddlers they were good with them and did lots of art projects and activities."
