Lyon Park Daycare

"It has been amazing to have our 18 month old son at Lyon Park Group Family Daycare for the last year. He goes 5 days a week and it is so clear that he feels happy and secure there because of the great providers. They are warm and caring and have really encouraged him to develop and grow. It's been incredible to see how much he's learned in such a short amount of time and he has really come out of his shell. They do a lot of activities with all the kids, including music lessons, water and sensory play, and learning about colors, numbers, letters, etc. They are also wonderful about communicating with parents. I can't recommend Lyons Park Group Family Daycare enough."

"This morning my wife and I took my two year son to Lyons park to play at the playground. We saw the kids and the people from this daycare playing in the field with them. Some 30 minutes after we arrived, a little boy around my son's age starting playing with him at the playground. After a while we noticed no one was around with the little boy so we assumed he was part of the daycare group and thought someone would come for him soon. We still kept a eye on him just in case. It passed, minimum, a good 30 minutes and no one came for the little boy. He was playing with the other kids at the playground and my son as well. So he was fine. We decided that is was enough when the little boy started to walk towards the park exit to Parkway Dr.. I'm assuming back to the house. He almost made it to the street if weren't for my wife that ran after him and prevent him from leaving the park. At that point my wife and I started asking around who the little boy was with. And that's when finally one of the ladies that work there came and took him back with them to the field. Even the people that was there told my wife that they thought that little boy was our son. This is unacceptable. I would have say something to them but all i would have gotten are apologies and that wouldn't solve the issue. Maybe now with this review they take better care of children from this point forward."

"Yesterday was my son’s last day attending Lyons Park Group Family Daycare, unfortunately. They really took care of him! The teachers and staff are wonderful and very understanding. They love family! I love that they open early enough for me to get him there before pt, and close late enough for late work days. I can go on and on about them, but I do know you will NOT be disappointed or have anything to worry about when you enroll your child. Sebastian and I will miss you all, until next time."

"My brother was here until he had to go to kindergarten. My mom recommended me this daycare my son has been here since he was about 6 months, best descion I've made. He is now 2. My son is happy. Home cooked meals activities where my child can learn colors numbers. And since we are bilingual he has also learned to understand Spanish and English being here. The caregivers are very lovable patient as much as the provider. I Recommended this daycarr to several friends who as well are here. And I recommend to others as well."

"I originally heard about Lyon Park Daycare through a friend who had her son enrolled before he went off to preschool. Prior to this, I had contacted two other daycare’s that just didn’t convince me. However, As soon as we stepped foot in Lyon Park, I knew this would be the place for my little one. Ms. Lily (the owner) showed us the space personally and made the application process extremely easy. My daughter has now been enrolled here for approximately two years and I have nothing but positive things to say about Lily and her staff. Everyone is exceptionally polite, professional, and genuinely caring. They treat Baby L as if she were their own. The environment is safe, educationally motivating and fun. Baby L actually looks forward to going every morning! The location of the daycare is also perfect as it is located right across the street from a park. Bottomline: trying to find a great daycare is so enervating, but we are so grateful to have found Lyon Park. All their hard work is seriously laudable!"
