He spent a lot of time with my wife and me , showing us several sets. I think he went over and beyond the call of duty. He help us immensely. We really appreciate it."

"WARNING: DO NOT BUY! I can not express enough how awful this business is. I bought a new home and wanted to host my first holiday event. On October first we decided to go to Huffman. We found a couch we liked and the salesman, Isaac, assured us with a look in the eye, handshake, a 4-6 week delivery, which would be Mid November. Here we are the sixth week, nothing. Not a word. I called, I called, I called…. No answer. Finally I get someone, and she checks my status. She says that particular couch never arrive s in that short of time and that it’s expected MID DECEMBER! I went to the store demanding a refund and they said the issue has to be sent up to “higher ups.” Two days now with no response, again, not answering my phone calls. What a disgusting, garbage company. A bunch of liars who will say anything to get a sale, with zero accountability. GARBAGE GARBAGE GARBAGE. Stay away!! Please. This is an ongoing awful experience. If not refunded I will take legal actions."

"Hi Friends I have extremely bad experience with Huffman Koos recently, particularly with this location (Farmingdale as well as Freehold NJ). I would give it negative rating but it is not possible on this site. I recently purchased Windward King bed with Bunkie board in May and made full payment in May 2023. It took two & half months to deliver in August that too with twin size Bunkie board instead of King, which is useless for King bed. They charged me $200 for Bunkie board. I thought initially it was a mistake that they would correct by exchanging it with right King size of Bunkie Board, but I was wrong. After consistent follow up since August, they neither sent the King size Bunkie board nor refunded money. They are not even responding to me anymore at all. I would suggest to be extremely careful buying anything from Huffman Koos which appears to be not following good practices and do not care about the customer service at all. The salesman sold me the bed is Isaac Thomas, is not responding to me at all either. Hope this helps. Thanks."

"The level of dishonesty and terrible service from this chain is just too incredible to believe unless you've gone through the experience yourself. Overinflated ticket prices. Rude and confrontational staff. Zero customer service and no informed interdepartmental cooperation between the sales staff and executive staff. As a soon to be ex-employee, stay well away."

"There should be a 0 star option. Worst customer service. Furniture does not look like the in store sample. I’ve had to contact them daily for updates and they won’t help. Worst customer service i’ve ever received. they lie to you and don’t help you…. the cushions aren’t made the same size and length. Feathers come out everytime you sit on the couches. We’ve had them for almost a month and haven’t been able to use them for this very reason."
