"We originally went to Ashley’s Furniture store to furnish our new home. The pricing was a little bit out of our budget especially to furnish a whole house. We decided to take a look at Ashleys Outlet. We were greeted by Jessica who showed us around the show room and helped us pick out all the furniture we needed and answer any of our questions. We were able to pick out and get all the furniture we wanted and needed for about half the price of the Ashley’s Store. After we left I started to question the couch we picked out while we were waiting for delivery. I reached out to Jessica and she went out of her way to search for every single couch in their inventory that matched more of what I was looking for. After her sending me over 100 couches I was able to pick one that fit more of our style and I was happy with. Once all our furniture was delivered the delivery guys put everything together for us and explained how certain pieces worked. It was the best decision to go with Ashley’s Outlet. The whole process was effortless and we are in love with our furniture especially the couch! And a huge thank you to Jessica for being so amazing at her job and what she does and going above and beyond for her customers!"
