"Terrible pharmacy. My kids need a specific medication that I'm aware is in limited supply but the person that answered the phone refused to look in the computer to see if they had it and just kept replying I was told last week we didn't have it. The problem is you can't just send prescriptions over and over it takes to long to get the Dr. to write a new script. Just do your job and look your being paid for your time on the phone with me. CVS needs to do better!"
