"SUZANNE pharmacy technician. \nWhat a GEM .. she helped so tremendously. \nMy 94 year old pt .\nNeeded albuterol sulfate for her nebulizer..ins Medicare didn't cover because of lack of dx code.\nSuzanne, took the time to answer the q questions Medicare needed.\nThe question was , does the pt have a nebulizer.. she answered yes with my help..\nWe didn't need an additional dx.\nQuestion needed to be answered. \nShe went beyond to help. So grateful. \nA payment of 102 not covered. \nTo covered and payment was 9.21\nWow what a savings. \nPlease give her recognition.
