"I like this place. Michelle is an awesome manager. Everything here suits my needs when staying at a hotel."

"When I stayed the key didn't work to open the door then we had no TV the person at the desk came up and hooked up the wires and said it will take a few minutes to an hour to boot up when the cable box says turn on them turn the cable box on and will have TV we waited over an hour and nothing happened so we got dressed and went home when we went to check out I handed them the key and said I slammed the key down and my husband was explaining about the TV and didn't like being lied to. When I called to talk to the owner she told me that we pulled the plugs out and the socket from the wall I explained we left everything plugged in and on. So please don't stay there . We will never stay there again."

"My mother and her husband stayed here on a Friday night, the place is dirty, in need of an update. No TV, the lock on the door was broken. Oh and becareful if you call for assistance to find out why the TV does not work, they will cause damage after the fact and blame it on you! Travel the extra 10 minutes and stay somewhere else."

"I work for an animal rescue and we do a lot of cross country animal transports. When the hotel we usually stay at was booked up, we found Inn at Arbor Ridge. We read some reviews and were extremely iffy about what they were saying about Bob and the cleanliness. However, once we arrived to check in, we were met by THE FRIENDLIEST man. I, immediately, thought “this can’t be the Bob that people were talking about in the reviews,” but it was. I was taken aback, because he was extremely friendly and one of the absolute best people I have ever met. To the people complaining about this sweet older gentleman, shame on you. We will definitely be making this our regular hotel when we come up each month. We, honestly, can’t wait to see Bob again. We love you Bob and we hope you have the happiest life. See you again soon! Also, the rooms were so clean and felt like small town home. It quite literally could be a Hallmark movie location. Small, cozy, welcoming, and cute! ❤️"

"This seems like it was a fantastic hotel 30 years ago. The common areas are beautifully decorated and the staff is lovely, but it definitely needs an update in the rooms. There were stains on the ceiling and a slightly strange smell, but the room looked clean and well kept. There were some cigarette burns in the blanket and it probably should have been tossed. Overall it was a pleasant stay in an alright hotel for a pretty fair price for the area. You could do better roomwise, but the staff was great."
