My kids really enjoyed the experience, the captain was really nice and answered all my kids questions about his vessel, he even took us to a section where there were lots of birds. Alos the water is generally calm so you really don't have to worry about getting sea sick. Despite the fact that it's just a water taxi service, enjoy the ride, take the opportunity to meet a lot of great folks and enjoy the views."

"Great local taxi service in Port Washington. It generally runs from 6:30am - dusk. The ferry ride is usually 1/2 hour but if you're lucky and get a Captain that's willing to stay out longer, do ask for the one hour ride. Note, they may offer that only on holidays as I experienced on July Fourth earlier this month. The water is generally calm so you really don't have to worry about getting sea sick. There are plenty of nice views to take in, whether you're looking at water front houses, the gorgeous boats in the water, or checking out the local Yacht club. Very inexpensive and just a fun time on the water without having to rent your own vessel."
