"Used this service via Centrek for my parents appointment. Very rude and unprofessional service when informed that appointment was running late by office and staff. Parents was left stranded for an hour...I asked they be put on do not service list!"

"I had a scheduled 12:20pm cab that showed up 1pm. They made me late to my doctor appointment. They were scheduled to pick me up from this appointment at 2:30pm. I called 3 times and each time they say “in 20 minutes the driver will arrive”. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl on the phone said “we don’t have one”. It’s 4:20pm now as I’m publishing this and the cab still has not arrived. Horrible service."

"MY REPLY to Owner's reply: Obviously you are unaware of what goes on at your company. My father can't speak, due to multiple strokes and is a patient at the nursing home where your driver was to pick him up. I was out front talking to the only driver that showed up, while multiple staff at the nursing home waited on lengthy holds for someone at your company to pickup up the phone. ONLY one driver showed up and that doesn't explain why they were 1½ hours late! So NOT only are your driver's nowhere to be found, but your customer service phone people aren't around to answer phones either. Don't defend yourself, fix your broken company!!! ---------- The Ambulette came almost 1½ hours later than the arranged pick-up time. The dispatcher had no idea where the Ambulette was actually located. My father missed an important appointment and a there were no available new openings with the doctor for 6 weeks. Very unprofessional, no consideration for the customer or a caring drop of emotion from this company. They treat seniors in their 90's as bags of garbage! I wouldn't recommend using this service to transport a dead body. They'd be late for the funeral... There's nothing "Express," about their service. They should lose their DOT State license ! ! !"

"I made an appointment for my father's doctor's appointment thru MLTC insurance company transportation service. I wish I knew this company totally incompetent before I made the appointment. He was supposed to be picked up from the house to the doctor's office at 1:40pm and 3:30pm from the doctor's office to his house. The way to the doctor's office had no problem. However, there was no car arrived at the site at 3:30pm. I called the insurance company once at 4pm, and they said the driver will arrive in 10minutes. Of course, no one came. I had to call again at 4:50pm, and the answer was my father was "No Show". My father, 78years old, had to stay in front of the building where they had dropped him earlier for 1and 1/2 hour in 90 degree, and their answer was "No show" which was a big lie. Totally incompetent and not honest for non-emergent MEDICAL ride service. I wish I can give no star, but had to give at least one star to write a review. Be away from this company, and I will refuse to use this provider if the MLTC insurance contacts this company for the transportation service again."
