"I have been going to this doc office since last 5 years, their service is not great at all but I just go there to keep them as my son’s primary pediatrician as they are close to my home. Today is my first time I was little late in last 5 years with them, but they did not take me, the receptionist treated me like I am a criminal by coming late. They rescheduled me for another day. When I go on time, they always kept me in waiting for 1 hour or more, but I never complain. When they make delayed that time no problem right? I will not recommend to go anybody in this place. One time I remember they said their refrigerator is broken so I have to go again to retake the vaccine that they already gave to my son before. I am worried if because of their contaminated vaccine from their broken refrigerator my son got autism!!!! I didn’t complain that time either but today they treated me like this??? Only one person is good at this facility is nurse Karen. She is the best! Only for her I go to this place."

"Office staff is a mess and always has been , they tell you incorrect information and then speak down on you when you call them out. Nurses are rude , reception will make you sit for hours to waste your time."

"I was a patient here as a child growing up, so when my husband and I decided to move close to PGNR I was excited to take our 4 month old in. While the location is different I was extremely happy with Dr. Wachter who I hadn’t met before she was warm and answered all my questions no matter how ridiculous they sounded. She also gave us time to settle our son after his shots. Dr Wager and Dr Abrams are also amazing from my own childhood memories, I’m just super happy with the leve of care from this practice."
