"I was supposed to have an appointment today with them but needed to cancel it because I have Covid. Of course they never answer the phone and it always goes to the answering service. Took me more than 6 calls to get through to make the appointment to begin with. Funny thing, as was writing this, the receptionist finally called me back to confirm the cancelation...20 hours after I spoke with the answering service in the middle of the day. I told her I was unhappy with them and the lack of help in answering the phone. SHE KNOWS AND AGREES!!!! And she said they get tons of complaints!!! Anyway, the issue I had seems to have gone away but if it comes back or I need a GI doctor, I'm going somewhere else. If you can't even bother to answer the phone, I have 0 confidence in your customer service and your business as a whole. An update: They called me this morning...months after I posted this review to apologize for their lack of communication. They proved my point. Took them months to follow up. It's called lousy customer service."
"I joined this practice as a patient in 2022 after a horrible experience with my previous GI provider. Dr. Herzog and her office staff are amazing! DJ goes above and beyond for patients and has the best attitude I have come across. I had a very bad test result and Dr. Herzog was caring, compassionate and called me at least 3 times to make sure I was ok. The level of compassion and care they have for their patients is exceptional!!!!! I recommend them to all my friends and family. *****= 5 Stars!"
