"This location was great - group and individual sessions (Mia and Jenna), and Jeffrey was a phenomenal prescriber. They all listened and HEARD what you were saying. My one complaint - and a big one at that - was about Dana Smart. She was my child's prescriber for 2 years, and in that time on several occasions Dana did not order refills in a timely manner, did not return calls to patient or pharmacy, and did not show up for multiple zoom sessions with her patient (without prior notice) and the office did not know why. I highly recommend BHCare but steer clear of Dana Smart."

"DON’t SEND LOVED ONES HERE. Bh care is good for mental health- BH care is TERRIBLE if you or your loved one have a Serious mental illness (SMI: bipolar, personality disorder, or schizophrenia /schizoaffective) bh care also does not know how to work with adults who have autism. Very disgusted by their lack of supports /help. Upset that many hospitals discharge to the BHCARE team… don’t go if you can. Find another place until BHcare has the correct supports."

"I had both a good doctor and therapist. But they both left last summer. I waited patiently for their replacements but never heard anything. After I moved out of state in the fall I called to have my prescriptions renewed as I hadn’t established a new relationship with a local doctor yet. BH Care wouldn’t renew my prescriptions because, as they said, I WAS NO LONGER A PATIENT THERE. I hadn’t even quit them yet! I understand that the mental health facilities are swamped right now but this isn’t right!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. The counselors they hire are great, but then they quit leaving their clients feeling abandoned(this has happened to me on more than one occasion). They discharge you before you find a new therapist leaving you without meds and on top of that, they send all of your medical records(without consent) to a new counseling center that they “think” you might be interested in. I’m still waiting on a call back from a Lauren or Laura or whatever to go over what happened with my medical records, etc but you know, it’s been weeks and it’s not that important to them. I’d much rather suffer a crisis alone before stepping foot in this place again. Proceed with caution"
