"I love this practice. I had my son is 14 years old and this has been his pediatricians office since he was born. Because we always had great experiences here, we decided to have our daughter be seen here as well even though we dont kibe nearby anymore. I have always encountered very sweet and courteous office staff who are super accommodating and understanding. Last week I got my days messed up (teething baby, not sleeping) and I completely missed the appointment. They were very understanding and rescheduled it for a few days later. Dr Rice, Dr Gad and the APRN are the best! I won't go anywhere else"

"I’m so grateful to have found such great pediatrics office for my son. We moved here from out of state when my son was only a few months old, and they picked right up where our last pediatrician left off with checkups. I always get through to someone when I call, and if I leave a message for a nurse, I get a call back that same day. They have always gotten us in same day if we have a concern about a sickness. We’ve seen lots of the doctors here, and they all are very good with kids, and very caring. We feel seen, and heard. Not to forget the amazing nursing staff here either! They work so well with little ones. Anytime my son has needed shots, or labs taken. They are so patient, and sweet with the whole process. From all of my experiences here, this is a great place to trust with your kids."

"WORST customer service ever. The only reason why I stay is because we love Dr. Rice. But the customer service is horrible. Will make you wait on hold for so long. Wont even apologize. Wont work with you around your work hours to try to fit your sick child in. Around COVID would not even see my child until I gave him a covid test. Like why m I doing your job. They seek overwhelmed. Not friendly at all. Takes days sometimes for a nurse to call you back with an answer to a question. Even when you go there, they don't smile, are not friendly. I never feel welcome when im waiting in the waiting room and cant wait to get my child out of there. I think most of the office staff would be better off working in an adult practice. Not around children. Its amazing that they are able to still run a business."

"The worst pediatric “business” and literal garbage. Rude employees who make it clear they don’t care about their patients. Entitled and stuck up, your entire visit from setting up an appointment to getting looked at, you’ll feel degraded and disrespected start to finish"

"This practice has gone downhill quickly. Dr. Gad and an APRN both missed a very obvious ear infection. This is the 3rd time in 2 years. They are rude and dismissive of any issues. The practice basically just hands out antibiotics for everything. Dr. Rice is great its just a shame she works at such an incompetent practice. I switched because I hate seeing my child in pain and having Dr's that just are outdated in their treatments. Please beware, go anywhere else if you care about your child's health."
