"I was seen maybe a few times and it has been interesting to see new doctors with no clue of what to do about any medical issues my latest experience was being sent to a orthopedic getting my results and my orthopedic doctor tells me to now follow up with my primary care physician and when I go to the primary care doctor they didn’t have a clue of why my orthopedic doctor told me to follow up it all sounds weird but I can’t make this up so now I asked them is my orthopedic doctor going to be my primary doctor I also had to get my paperwork from my orthopedic doctor to send my primary doctor so my primary care doctor will know what’s going on with me since they are the ones who sent me to the orthopedic doctor and the first paperwork was lost and now hopefully my next paperwork will not be lost I wish it was a negative star button The only real nice and people person I interacted with 5 months ago was Brittney Rosilyn D"

"Saw Dr. Parker until he passed away a few years ago. The PAs that have replaced him are helpful. They got me in on a televisit last week within an hour after I tested positive at home for Covid and got me on a script quickly."

"Dr. Parker is the best doctor out there. I trust him with my health and my whole family has been seeing him for years. However, they really need to rethink who they hire to answer their phones. I have had several occasions and so has my family in which they were rude and disrespectful over the phone. Not the type of people you want answering the phone when you’re calling with a health issue. It has been worth it to deal with the rudeness and uncalled for interactions because Dr. Parker is amazing, but if it wasn’t for him, I would have left the practice a while ago. My three star rating is because of my interactions over the phone. But I would give Dr. Parker a million stars if I could."
