"I will absolutely never come back to this facility! The doctor was completely unprofessional! I went in there telling the nurse my symptoms she asked if I wanted testing I said no and seemed it wasn’t a problem I had already tested for Covid it was negative I made them aware of what my fiancé just had and was pretty sure I had the same thing that some antibiotics would help with! It was virtually and as they are coming into my room i over hear them mocking me and making fun of me saying well if she doesn’t want to test then why is she here? Excuse me so you’re mocking me before you come into my room loud enough for me to hear completely unprofessional you’re supposed to be helping people correct? Instead im getting mocked! So I told her how unprofessional it is to talk badly about the customer especially when they are in ears reach of it! I will let everyone i know how unprofessional my experience was and make sure everyone I know and love goes somewhere where the doctor takes you into consideration!!!! Highly do not recommend this place to anyone!"

"Although the staff was super nice, I was very disappointed by the service from the doctors. After waiting an hour in the waiting room, I was put in a private room. I waited just over 3 hours in there before I asked when I would be seen. The lady told me no virtual doctors would accept the call / visit. I was promised a phone call from the doctor at 5:30 because I was still not seen. I waited yet another hour for the doctor to pick up and no response. Will not be going back and definitely do not recommend for any urgent needs. Go to the emergency room."

"Although the staff was very nice and friendly, there was nothing URGENT about this care. I arrived at 3:35 for my appointment. Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half. I left at 5 o clock. I went in with an appointment for a simple covid test. If I had somewhere to be I was going to walk out but luckily I had time. Not that I wanted to spend it sitting in the Dr's office."

"The Doctor was knowledgeable and personable. I received the utmost care from her. The facility was neat and clean. Only 2 things wrong g. 1-the automatic doors do not work. Difficult for a senior carrying oxygen and using a cane to manage . 2nd, and most important. I was given an appointment and was asked to check in on time. After a few minutes I was put in a room where I waited and waited and waited till 20 minutes past my appointment time. They took walk in patients ahead of me. Even ones who arrived after me!! I was told by the Doctor that this is what they often did and she was also unhappy about this. I went to the front desk with her to admonish them. As I said, the care I received from the doctor was excellent. Please do something about the staff following a schedule."

"I went to Docs urgent care facility on Foxon Rd. East Haven, a few times during a two week period. The staff was polite and courteous. The doctor and the physician’s assistant were excellent- very thorough. I highly recommend their services."
