"I came here during a vulnerable time. The front desk staff are friendly, most of the staff is welcoming. However, the NP is friendly but presumptuous and seemed to be profiling me. She also seemed to lack knowledge and understanding of complex health issues. That is not uncommon for most nurses though. Additionally, it did not feel like I was looked at as individual, just as another case. Common practice in most medical facilities, however, it still feels dehumanizing, especially in circumstances like this. I would not come back nor do I need to."

"Overall office was organized and professional to costumer service. But, the series of going in and out the waiting room was uncomfortable. Everything should be done all in one shot and staff weren’t as welcoming or friendly as i would have expected. Everything felt so rushed and they didn’t extend another day of me returning to work after stating that i physically wasn’t capable to return to work! I understand certain appts don’t need more than a day to return to regular errands but everyone is different and that should have been simply respected and accommodated."
