"My experience at this office was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I walked in and interacted with the receptionist, to the time I received my MRI from the two wonderful ladies, I couldn't have asked for better care. Initially, I visited the Stratford location, but the bedside manner there left much to be desired. I'm grateful that I waited and was treated like a patient should be. I can't recall the name of the technician, but she did an outstanding job, reassuring me that everything would be fine. Given my experience as a radiology tech assistant, I understand the apprehension and anxiety that comes with undergoing an MRI exam. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that the machine at this location is notably larger than the one at the other facility, which makes a significant difference, especially for those who may be concerned about the size of the machine. I wholeheartedly give this place a five-star rating and send my best wishes and blessings to every staff member at this location."

Always demonstrating thoughtfulness and understanding of my situation. She is a real asset to this organization. From the front desk to completion, it was courteous and efficient. "I understand walking ins must wait, and customers with appointments had priority. I wait over 12 minutes at the front desk, 3 workers saw me without any interaction. A 2nd patient walks in and she waits with me for additional 5 minutes for ay kind of help. Finally as somebody is helping us an third person walks in. Of course my luck they have appoint, know the MIA receptionist said to my I need to wait even longer because of the appointments."
