"Food is fine, the wings are too chewy and not great. Ramen is really their best thing besides the chicken katsu buns. There is one very loud Puerto Rican waitress they have who was having an across the room argument with one of the owners, pretty unprofessional. When said waitress was asked to remove an unwanted shrimp dish from the bill she refused ("rock shrimp", tiny portion and bland so not worth the price of 17 dollars). She spent the rest of the evening catering to a personal table of her family members. This place would do well to be rid of her entirely. Dessert tasted weird and was dry, went unfinished."

"The food was amazing! I got the pork bao buns and spicy pork ramen. Excellent quality, the ramen was flavorful and filling. The buns were tender and soft. Prices were also fair, $55 bill for two. I probably won’t dine in again and try takeout due to seating & service. It was 6pm and they were busy with only 2 servers, and while the food was served hot and in a timely manner, the hospitality could use some improvement. If you sit in the front, be prepared to feel a breeze when it’s cold outside! Nonetheless, I will be back to try many new things off of the menu, and I do recommend trying this ramen bar out!"

"It's a good sign when a restaurant is crowded with content customers and the food looks authentic. But that meant we also had to wait for our table since they don't take reservations. I was ok with that since the wait wasn't too long and the food was pretty good. I ordered the pork ramen (can't remember which one the husband ordered) and our companions ordered the vegetarian ramen and the fried rice. I liked the ramen but thought that the broth could use a little more flavor. I was also surprised and a little disappointed that the noodles didn't have a bite (were they a little overcooked or a lower quality noodle, I couldn't tell). We also got a lot of appetizers. The gyoza were good (in general, I usually don't like the filling of these because there's too much cabbage but it was not the case with these) and the crispy shrimp were good too. We didn't get to try the shishito peppers because they never came out but we saw that we were still charged for them afterwards but it was too late to go back, so buyer beware."
