"Went there to get a new scooter tire told them the specific size tire I needed and they gave me the wrong size instead of ordering me the size tire I needed they substitute the tire now my scooter runs slower and the tire was to thick the spring was eating the tire away I don't recommend them for any scooter work or buying from them"
"Hands down 5-star service! I can’t say enough good about my first time experience with this young group of ladies and gentlemen. Excellent customer service from the the first phone call. Called for my break in service for my Yamaha MT-09 and they said drop it off day before my appointment and it would be ready by end of the next day per my appointment. Called me back 5 hrs later to come pick her back up! Young man at counter walked me through what was done and answered my many questions concerning maintenance and upgrades. I was even talking with the GM who also was very knowledgeable and helpful. Well done, and everything you don’t receive from other service dealers. I even talk with tech who performed the work on my bike. Very comfortable experience. Excellent"
"I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. I purchased a used 2008 Kawasaki zx6r from this dealer and on paper it seemed great. Bike had 2800 miles 1 owner for 5200 but alas I let impulse ruin my decision. The bike being used I knew would be far from perfect, the only service that was claimed to be done to it was an oil change. They also claim a full inspection was done, but after owning the bike only 3 WEEKS the bike died and locked up on me on the highway. Not only was I inconvenienced with a tow but now a non working motorcycle and out 6000. Now the bike has charging issues as well as having a fault indicator code. These people put my life at risk by selling a halfassed motorcycle and have not returned my calls if you care for your safety or loved ones safety STAY FAR FAR AWAY."
"People are nice and very helpful. However, the service sucks and I will never bring a bike in for service. New tires, and they left the nuts off the stem, plastics may have been switched, and the EFI tune up made it worse."
"They are ok but lied to me I won't be going back to them I got 2 tires from them and they refused to put it on unless I paid them to do more work to my bike even though I was told I can sign a waiver the female there was very nice and friendly"
