"I came to the White plains location because the Yonkers location cancelled my order. A staff member named June really saved the day. She was patient and helpful. Glad to see the younger generation with manners towards the elderly. She also had a young man help me to my car."
"One of the managers, Miranda was fantastic. I have never received so much personal attention, luckily for me it was early and they were not busy yet. I explained to her the party that I was trying to plan and she directed me to and helped me pick out the perfect decorations. I almost invited her to my party!! Miranda was great, thanks again!!"
"This is the worst Party City location. The associates at this location don't care about helping the customer. The lines are always long because the associates are always hanging out with each other in the corner instead of helping the customer. I placed an order for delivery. I didn't receive one thing from my order. The company is losing inventory because the employees just throw anything in the bags and send it out for delivery. Party City stands for fun, celebrations and excitement. This location fails to provide any of those experiences to customers in this community. I called the phone number over 50 times and of course no one ever answers the phone at this store. Always a disappointment when it comes to Party City White Plains."
"I’ve been standing in line over 10 minutes to buy a birthday card. ONE card. They need self-checkout at this store, or more than one employee at checkout. This is ridiculous. I hate that it’s one of the only local places to get balloons, too. It took an hour between checking out and waiting on balloons to be blown up for my daughters birthday party. Think you can order ahead and pickup? NOPE! Tried that two years ago, and guess what? NONE of my order was ready when I came for my slotted pickup time. A garbage store, avoid at all costs."
