"Was in from Florida visiting family we went to Blue Taco. The best Mexican food, the taste and flavor is a step up from the usual Mexican starting with the salsa and chips. Drinks were fabulous had an authentic margarita wow...the food fresh flavorful and if you like spice they deliver. Owner was great introduced us to new upcoming dishes. What a great food experience and authmospher. Wish Blue Taco could open a restaurant in Florida it would be a big hit."

"We stop by and we found from the name, "Blue taco" to the people who work here it was the best experience. Today beside the excellent service and the amazing drinks, we have to talk about the organic smoothies they have, yes natural delicious smoothies, ask Madelyn the owner for this delicuis juices to have them at the time you are waiting for your food. We had some friends stop by to have lunch and all had the same comments, the food is goood! I also notice the flavor of the food is different from other similar in the area, maybe the guatemala heritage. They have a long beautiful bar with beautiful color lights. The food tables are separate from the bar area in case you wandering. Any questions ask Madelyn, she is always there to keep the restaurant in a good spirit and ready to attend you"
