"The owner/manager woman is extremely rude. She exhibited uncouth behavior when I placed an order from this establishment. Had the nerve to try and charge me more money for a larger size that I did not ask for. She was very hostile on the phone when I told her the problem. There pizza is not good but there catered food is. That woman needs to repeat a customer service class, because she did not pass this course."

"Delicious and consistent Italian fare. A legitimate and tasty meal. We came here for two family gatherings and each time we enjoyed every flavor. They were also flexible on serving a meal with some dietary restrictions."

"Ordered a large plain pie and was asked right away to pay. I was then told the pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later and was asked to pay second time. Upon my original entry, no other customers was asked to pay for their orders except for myself. Mind you, I was the only person there of African American descent. I suggest people of my nationality to spend their money at the Trattoria of Carmel instead of Mahopac, the customer service in Carmel is much appreciated!!!"

"I was very happy dining at this restaurant. First time here and will be coming back for sure. This place makes me feel like I am eating Italian food in the bronx again. Large portions, family run, clean and good service. Very hidden from the main road but also worth the trip!"
