"Extremely pleasant experience! The owner, Carmine went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tile for my house. I was very overwhelmed with the tile selection process, but Carmine helped put me at ease. He spent numerous hours going through his expansive showroom until I was 100% satisfied. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient showing me a wide variety of choices and truly understood the look I was going for. Prices were very reasonable as well. Couldn’t be happier!"

"It is a great showroom if you want to see a variety of tiles. However, you can get a better price elsewhere, so shop around. Ingrid Jones was our salesperson who on our first visit treated us nicely. Once she had the sale and if we needed to call, she always seemed bothered and treated us coldly and unprofessionally. This is not the way to do business. Parking is not ideal during the week or on the weekends. There is nothing unique about Carminart, not the merchandise, nor the customer service. Tiles are sold everywhere therefore they should obtain and retain clients on creating a uniquely great customer experience. It shouldn't matter if you spend $1000 or $10,000 on tiles, a satisfied customer base is the cornerstone of ANY business."

"This is a beautiful store with so many tiles and styles to choose from! I went to this store to get tile for a new bathroom build. I didn’t have a very good idea of what exactly I was looking for but I met and began working with Ingrid who walked me through tile options based on the limited ideas that I presented. She took her time to show me what matched best with the ideas I shared with her and went out of her way to show me other tiles based on what she had learned about my style! Ingrid was amazing, she listened to my ideas and really got to know my style and color likes/dislikes, and was very patient with me when I was unsure or hesitant to make a decision! I couldn’t have done this bathroom without her, she has a great eye for style and really knows her stuff inside and out! We now have a beautifully tiled master bathroom thanks to Ingrid’s professionalism, her willingness to listen and learn from the customer, her great eye for style and her attention to detail! Next time we need tile, we’ll head straight to Carminart to find Ingrid who I know I can count on to give me a look that is filled with style, class, beauty and quality!"

"A wonderful woman named Ingrid went above and beyond to help me make the right choices. I ended up with an amazing specialty tile for a project and also -- despite the fact that she put a lot of work in to designing and ordering field tile for me-- she was very gracious when that part of the project fell through because of delays in projected delivery.
