"I have stopped going to Adriana due to running late for an appointment because of a work meeting. I tried to reschedule my appointment but she did not respond to my request. Yes she does a great job but she is not understanding to the fact that sometimes life gets in the way to prior commitments. I’m a senior leader in healthcare and my meeting took precedence at the time. I would no longer rate Adriana with 5 stars due to poor customer service and not understanding this is the first time this has happened since being her customer"
