"Honestly I went three years ago and it was amazing but I went sunday and my nails does not have the weekend yet and it’s horrible honestly. Gel always lasts for me like 1 month and my nail broke."

"This place is absolutely terrible, everyone was super rude I told the lady that did my nails if she can file it or something because it’s to bulky and she did not understand, so another worker asked me what’s wrong and I told her and she said that’s my nail… my nail is not bulky at all so I asked to have it redone or taken off she said to take it off she’ll charge me and to have it redone I’ll have to pay 80$ again which is already insanely overpriced, 80$ my pedicure and manicure Not only is it unprofessional but extremely unsanitary, the lady who did my nails had blood under her fingers while not wearing gloves. This is beyond disgusting and she still had the nerve to say “tip?” After I payed. They don’t accept card but they accept Zelle? This is so easy to scam anyone and when you ask to get it redone they ignore it and become extremely defensive"

"I’m not sure why others peoples experiences have not been pleasant, however I can not same the same for myself. I love going here, they’re by the most affordable place you can find compared to its surroundings. They offer a variety of services and I’ve never been disappointed once. I’ve never experienced anyone rude. I’ve had a service done several times by all of them and have gone here since they first opened up in their first location. I’d recommend them. :)"

"I’ve never left a 1 star review…and honestly, if I wasn’t forced to give a star they would have 0 stars from me. My nails actually look just as bad as when I went in, just different. I asked my manicurist to fix my nails as she hadn’t covered the whole nail. They were splotchy and uneven. She tried her best but I could tell she was incapable of fixing them so I gave up and left. My nails are still uneven. I have polish on my fingers but none on some parts of my nails. The color is not distributed properly. My nails are now “bumpy” for lack of a better word as well as blotchy. See through in some areas and full coverage in others. The edges are not smooth at all. I’m so unhappy. I paid $20 for a regular manicure (plus an ATM fee because they are cash only). For the first time in my life I did not tip my technician (mostly because I couldn’t find her after my nails dried.) 0/10 recommend. It doesn’t help that the atmosphere is sad. It smells so strongly of chemicals in there and there’s no music or anything. Just silence. I should have taken the lack of clientele on a Saturday as a sign of the service I would receive. Happy to try new local businesses, but will not ever be going back to this one."

"If I could give no stars, I would. Kelly is trashy as h*ll… there was a roach in the bathroom when I went to use it. My French tips weren’t symmetrical or cleanly lined at all. Just ghetto. You’d think that PPP loan would’ve hit considering the entire facility looks brand new, the workers are literally just random people from the street. Kelly is not a master artist. I walked out and called another salon to get them done this same week, and am going back to soak them off, since that’s the least they can do. Ghetto as it gets. They make little holes in the wall nail salons from lower New York look like palaces compared to the work they deliver here. Trashy. I asked for a design and she got an attitude I asked for something to celebrate Halloween, they literally asked me if I wanted long and I said yes and she gave me this short look. Just terrible."
