"I'm really disappointed because of all these nice reviews. I was expecting a good service. It was my first time coming to this salon. I just wanted my hair done wash/blow out and pedicure the stylish Lucy she did no wash my hair correctly my hair still dirty she only did two quick shampoo and didn't really massage my scalp when I toch my scalp the dirty gets in my nails my hair is looking freeze but the pedicure looks like it was done by a 10 year old, I have a event tomorrow and I don't know what am going to do and I pay 80 dollar for this omg I DON'T RECOMMEND. I didn't want to make drama or insult anyone so I just pay an left but never again is the first time that I have a experience like this in a beauty salon."

"This was my go to salon for a long time. Today, however, May 3, 2023, I arrived at 4pm for my 4:00 appointment and my stylist was sitting in a chair getting her hair colored. She said she would be with me in a few minutes. After 20 minutes, with her head entirely foiled, she said, "OK!" I said, "No thanks," and walked out. They must have begun the coloring process just minutes before I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Then I waited 20 minutes and would I have had to worry about her rushing my cut because of the timing of her color, or stop in the middle of mine to tend to hers? Ridiculous!"

I can honestly say nothing compares to Claudia's expertise. I leave the salon every time with the color done to perfection and the cut exactly the way I like it. I cannot recommend La Botique salon enough--it's a little-known gem nestled in the middle of Port Chester! Check it out--you will NOT regret it, I promise!"
