"Evite este salón | Avoid this salon Me arrancaron las uñas | they ripped off my nails, see photos I went in for a pedicure and asked them if they can also remove my hard gel nails to let my natural nails breathe before I get them redone (I go to a different nail tech). I trusted them when they said they could remove them because I loved their service last time I came in. They completely ripped off my nails using a metro card, electric drill, and nail clippers. They should have admitted they were unfamiliar with my gel type and unable to safely remove them. When I told them I was upset they started arguing with me so I stopped them mid service. Then, I paid them for their time and left very unhappy. Do not trust them & do not come here."
