"Excellent service, the rooms are spotless, they have a quick delicious healthy breakfast and the cafeteria staff is very friendly, as well as snacks available all day. The staff is very respectful, accommodating friendly and knowledgeable of NY. And fluent in multiple languages. A very comforting experience away from home."
"Positively surprised about the place , was in for business close by and this was great, despite q fir alarm and a crazy storm. The front desk staff Crystal was very pleasant and everything went well. The gym had plenty of equipment for about 8 people to work out at the same time. Towels and hot/cold filtered water station big mirror joga mats and tv. However found some maintenance needed on some equipment and the perfect push up is broken. Please replace."
"So the area is not the best! However when you go inside the hotel you forget you’re in the Bronx. The staff is friendly , hotel is very clean , free breakfast, and nice modern room with a comfortable bed. Checkout is at 12 which is great !! If you want to do early check in the charge $55 price per night for my stay on a Saturday $250 plus my early check in fee"
