"Haven't been here (Bay Plaza Mall) in over 2 decades. I was pleasantly surprised to see the incredible development that took place. AMC didn't disappoint, either. Great chairs, friendly Guest Services desk. Only downside was the air conditioning running above my head (rear seating, right aisle). Definitely not necessary when it's 34° outside. I was freezing during The BeeKeeper."
"Nice Thearte, very clean. The staff was helpful and the Chairs were comfortable recliners with plenty of leg room. Oh and that sound system was no joke. I saw Godzilla and it was very good. Yes there are subtitles."
"I have been going to this movie theater since I was a child. Probably one of the best theaters in the Bronx. When it isn't packed as any theater, it is clean and the people who work there are are respectful. I've never had any issues but in usually a daytime movie goer."
"Very limited staff in the front now so buy your tickets before you arrive, snack line is always longer than life but moves pretty quickly. Manager is great and able to resolve any issues should they arise."
"It's been a while since I've been to an AMC, but I was pleasantly surprised that the theaters have been updated to have reclining seats which has a swivel armrest that converts two seats into a love seat. 10/10 for seating and the sound system. For $16.00 a ticket I'd expect nothing less. One person queue to have your tickets scanned and there is one escalator beside the booth. There doesn't appear to be a down escalator. There is one elevator, we tried to call it, waited for about a minute, then decided to take the stairs Restrooms could use some work. I'm guessing they do the bare minimum with staffing janitorial workers. There is a restroom on each side of the theater. Full service concession, although you can always grab a bite to eat in Bay Plaza... For $10 you can get something more filing than a bucket of popcorn."
