"Came in for a quick lunch. Ordered a #7 and paid. Noticed when I got my receipt that it was $2 more than the menu behind the counter states. I mention to the guy ringing me out and he just shrugs his shoulders and says I don’t know, must be tax… I said it clearly isn’t tax. He responds that it automatically rings you up for a double. I reminded him I didn’t order a double.. he said it does it automatically, which clearly isn’t accurate. Dude just admit you hit the wrong button/picture on your machine.. not worth a fight over $2, but clearly frustrating.. no apology given, no offer to correct the order.. Pretty much told to just deal with it. Further more gives me a cup to dine in and the machine has no soda unless you want HI-C. I ask him if there are more options in the back and he said, oh yeah I have to fill the machine. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the dining room.. now I understand why."

"I was going to order food, but noticed a couple of sanitary issues. One young lady working the fries kept touching her phone. The young man mopping the floor, stopped mopping to help with the food order backups. I witnessed that he didn't wash his hands, but immediately began preparing the burgers. I bought 2 premade chocolate chip cookies and my clients actually had ordered meal deals. I gave the food 3 stars because my clients liked what they had ordered."

"We came tonight to this wendy's at 6:15 pm thru drive- thru and they were very slow taking one order at a time in drive- thru and handing out orders b4 taking another order. When we finally got up to window abd paid, they told us to pull up as they were waiting on fresh fries . Well, 10 minutes later, they still hadn't brought our order out so my husband went I to check where our order was and they look at him dumbfounded like why are you in here. Then they gave him the order and we didn't receive any condiments we requested and half the fries were cold. Totally unacceptable. Poor customer service and wait time. I used to work in fast food so I know it doesn't take that long for fresh fries to be made and the customer shouldn't have to go in to get their order . If they were short staffed, I get it, but explain that to the customer and apologize for the wait and inconvenience. We now know not to come at night to order again . Other customers were driving off due to having to wait too long as well."

"Clean and well lit. Food quality is on par. Minus one star for not having the biggie bag or 4 for 4. Otherwise everything was great. Fries were on point"
