"I ordered a greek salad & Buffalo wings. And 2 bottles of iced tea. The salad was mediocre. The wings were NOT Buffalo. The wings were also in bits & pieces. I paid $40. It was NOT WORTHNIT."
"Excellent New Haven style pizza! I've eaten at Sally's, Pepe's, Modern and many others, but South Town offers a great tasting pizza that rivals the best of New Haven. It has a thin chewy crust with the right amount of "char", tangy sauce and a delicious portion of mozzarella. This is the only place in Southington, where you can get the original New Haven taste and style without the long wait and hoopla."
"My first couple of times ordering the food was great, service was just OK. However like many other reviewers, my disappointment and frustration grow. Food is still good, but the order taking & "service" is horrible! Last night I ordered Caprice Garlic Bread, Angry Pepperoni & Spaghetti & Meatballs. The pizza was great, but I got Mozzarella Garlic Bread(instead of the Caprice I ordered) and Spaghetti - No Meatballs & salad no dressing. I called to let them know and got a very lackluster/insincere apology and what seems like the standard excuse of "New People". I understand people make mistakes, especially when new, but it shouldn't be the norm. Should it keep happening, make changes and train new hires better. They took my number and said they would have the owner call me. We'll see..."
"Update: Service is getting worse and worse, they are in much need of a good manager! Great new haven style apizza. Food quality always amazing. The only reason for 4 stars is the staff is very unorganized even after the remodel there are long lines and longer waits than time told on the phone!"
