"Ordered a late dinner from here after the flyer arrived in the mail because it promised "New York style pizza." As a native New yorker, the bar for "New York style" was high (I'm from Western Brooklyn - where Di Fara, L&B, and Krispy were part of the regular weekly pizza rotation at my apt). Delivery was fast, pricing was reasonable ($20 for a large specialty pie is pretty much the norm now... or maybe I'm just used to NYC pricing?). Pies arrived hot, crispy, and sliced up well. We tried the bbq chicken bacon pizza and the mashed potato and bacon pizza. Both were white pizzas so no red sauce. (Unlike traditional white pie, that also means the absence of ricotta, which is not a bad thing). A tad dry given the lack of sauce - bbq chicken pie could've used a touch more bbq, but overall these were stellar. I would say very close crust to Krispy's dough, probably would be an exact match if made with nyc water. Nice, crisp and thin, not soggy or burned. Toppings were great, bacon was well done and crispy which is a must for me. And the potato pie was delish - only thing that could've elevated it would've been shredded cheddar sprinkled on top. Very happy to have found this place, and local too. I now have a good sub for my beloved ny pies!"
