"Avalon Harrison is a great place to live. Their category of being a luxurious apartment is truly accurate. The Avalon team are friendly, courteous and respond immediately to any request from their residents. The whole of Avalon Community is well maintained and clean and upkeep is on a daily basis. It is conveniently located near the Metro North, CVS, corner markets and library. For families with children, you’ll enjoy having parks nearby and a walking field and if you are a nature lover like me, you’ll get to see geese, ducks, squirrels, chipmunks and deers, if you are lucky, in the Marshland Conservation that’s a 15 minute walk away (20 minutes at a stroll). I’m absolutely love living at the Avalon Harrison and consider myself privileged to be able to do so."

"My daughter was so happy to finally get her own apartment . Got all the paper work together, to only get a email at the last minute the people decided to renew their lease and not move out . How do you get all of her personal info and then not go threw with it. If the people didn’t renew their lease that shouldn’t been it , you don’t go back on your word. I never heard of that happening but I will be talking to an attorney because now you have all her personal info."

"Moving to a new country and to a new apartment all within 2 weeks can be overwhelming. However there are individuals who go the extra mile to make a difference. I recently moved to a new apartment block in Avalon Harrison, NY. Trying to sort everything by yourself in a new country can be stressful - this is where both Cathy and Claire stepped in to provide excellent support. Thank You. Moving to a brand new apartment were there any hiccups - sure there will be but in a way am glad as this is where I met 2 wonderful gentleman who went the extra mile without hesitation to practically move my 123lb furniture sent to the wrong building to my own unit. I could tell the box was heavy and they had to push it all the way from 3 building away but they did it with no complaints. Thank You Carlos and David, you guys were just amazing. Marcus thank you for quickly sorting my access. I am glad I picked this apartment to start my new journey in New York !"

"Kevin and Brenda are always nice and helpful. The apartments are well-appointed, with lots of light and modern appliances. Avalon works hard to create a sense of community, and the common spaces are very clean and well-maintained. Carlos has been very helpful and responsive on weekend emergency situations. He works very hard until he finds the solution. So lucky to have him as part of the site team!"
