"Lack of heat during this heating season you report the problem to management and STILL nothing however in February they'll go up on the rent but can't provide HEAT! They go home to a warm home why can't the tentants enjoy the same? Don't get me started on when the apartment needs repairs! Management needs to be updated like the building and chanay she's the BEST!"

"Worse place ever. Filthy buildings, not renovated as it looks in the pictures advertised on websites. Mice and roaches infested. In the colder season, make sure you have your own electric heater because you barely get any heat here. You have no control over your heating. Not worth what they charge."

She stands out as one of the most professional and courteous individuals I've had the pleasure of working with. Her responsiveness is unheard of, and there's never a need to follow up with her. It’s always a pleasure interacting with someone who is as professional and good at problem solving as Nisha. While no place is perfect, the Maxx staff, are great people to work with."

"The building manager at 2685 is managed by the super. The supers laziness brings up the maintenance cost because all he does is talk outside. In all the time that I lived at 2685 the side walk was not washed once. They have a no dog policy and %50 of the building owns a dog. Everything is out sources which brings up the cost every year."

"Office communication is extremely poor and inconsistent. I’ve emailed multiple times since my work schedule does not allow me to go in person. I have never received a response back for simply wanting to update some of my personal preferences on file. I have also sent an email regarding the safety of the Mail Room and Gym. They have the same code on those doors for who knows how long and an individual expressed they continue to work out there even though they have moved out of the complex awhile ago. EXTREMELY CONCERNING!!"
