"Fortunately, our lease for this place is short-term. The primary issue we're facing is the strong vibration noises, presumably from the building's heat pumps. These sounds can be heard in both the hallway and our apartment, making it torturous in particular at night to sleep. Another inconvenience arises when people with gasoline-powered vehicles park in designated electric charging spots. On weekends and holidays, it becomes challenging to charge the car.and the building isn't doing anything about it."

"It is way too early to go into details, but so far I expect to love it. Everyone, from the residents to the staff, is very friendly. There are many nice amenities here which I hope to use to my liking."

"Winston help us the whole process of our move! He’s very attentive and responsive, made us feel welcome. He knows everyone in the building and remembers the small details. The building is very beautiful, clean and plenty of amenities. Two weeks in, we already went to a building event which was spectacular. Can’t wait to see what else this building has in store for us!"

"Building is managed poorly! Communication is horrible and amenities frequently not available. Elevators often with moving blankets up so you feel like you are riding a freight elevator! Pool to open at 10 this holiday weekend at at 10:20 , 15 people at gate and they announce closed due to lifeguard! Lobby are is only space always clean. Remainder of building at any time is a hot mess! This is not a luxury rental!"

"I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here for about two and a half months now. The building itself is beautifully designed from the exterior to the interior. The amenities are also great! I love the gym and yoga studio. They’re great places for working out and enjoying yoga, packed with tons of equipment. Although the pool is unfinished, it will be great once it’s done! It’s right in the center of the courtyard where my apartment overlooks. There’s tons of great lounge chairs to soak up the sun in and lots of grills to invite your family to a BBQ. I also really love that this place is so pet friendly! There’s a dog park as well as a grooming station room which is so convenient and really just makes the place feel so much more homey. Residents and staff are all super friendly and although I’ve only been here for a short time, it already feels like a family. If you’re thinking about leasing here, do it! It’s worth it :)"
