"We had a great pepperoni pizza from St. James Pizza last night. Crust was crispy and thin with the right amount of cheese, sauce, and pepperoni. Not sure why we waited so long to try it. This is our new go to place for pizza! Definitely give it a try if you haven't already :)"

"I ordered a pizza and salad for delivery. The estimated time was half hour to 45 min after I ordered. I had no problem with that as it's a Friday night and raining extremely hard . Now I'm less then 2 miles away. The time came and went. Again with the bad weather I understand. Over an hour later I finally call to inquire where my pizza is and if it's on the way. First I was told the app they use doesn't update the real time, which then imo is useless, then I asked if it's out already if not to cancel my order. I was told it's out. It was an hour and 45 min when I finally got my barely warm pizza. While I do think the pizza is good I will not ever wait again for that long and the customer service left alot to be desired. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from them again as that's totally unacceptable."

"Just wanted to share a nice experience I had there. Moved to the area recently and this has been our go to pizza place. Food is always excellent. I went to pick up my order and my two toddlers both wanted to take a ride with dad. So with my hands full, I picked up my order and quickly realized getting two kids and the food in the car was going to be harder than I thought (rookie move). Before I could even start formulating a plan, I heard someone say, “I got it” and an employee carried our order to the car without hesitation."

"St. James Pizza & Pasta is a great place to visit if you're passing through St. James and have a craving for some good pizza. The staff is super friendly, which seems to be a rarity these days. They were even nice enough to serve my kid's food warm so she wouldn't burn herself. Great service like that will keep me coming back. The pizza here is good! I tried the regular slice and the Sicilian. Both had a great tasting sauce, the proper amount of cheese and a nice crunch to the crust. I'll definitely give this place another try the next time I pass though."
