"Me n my best friend angie, we frequent Starbucks often, maybe weekly at times. This time we got drinks n food. She got apple cupcake, I got a cheese Danish. Both warmed up n eaten as quickly as it took the microwave to heat them. Drinks were cold for me, hot for her. Hers was so hot that she didn't drink it until we left, now that's TOO HOT! Dreary inside, almost like in an airport. I included a picture of the receipt n happy us."

"Imagine paying $6.25 for a large pumpkin spice latte and it’s barely 3/4th filled and when you call for a refund and to complain they tell you they can’t do it over the phone, and when you ask for a manager, there none on duty? Impossible because I work in the food bussiness. Thanks Starbucks you guys are just great! Especially Emily! The shift lead that was no help and told me to go to ANOTHER Starbucks and they’ll give me the same drink for free because they messed up? Never heard of such thing and I’m not gonna waste more gas and money."
