"This is my second stay here and I’d add lasts return when I’m in this area. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. my room has a full kitchen and plenty of room to spread out. The bathroom is huge by hotel standards and has every amenity that I need. This location is much better than the ones slightly across town as there’s no traffic here at all."

"This has been the worst stay ever. I have stayed in many hotels and never experienced the trouble inconvenience as I have here. The fridge does not work. The room smelled like fried fish and seafood. Obviously they have a stove. Should have sanitized and refreshed. The room. Two hours in the toilet flooded. We called maintenance and he used the snake did see a problem but the toilet seat interfering with the flush switch. The room was flooded. Has to use all towels. An hour to have towel dry the room while we just picked up dinner and tried to eat our dinner. There cleaning they offered to change our room after we ate since maintenance didn’t find a problem. Then we asked for a late check out due to the inconvenience The front desk receptionist said it would be 20.00 Per hour even after experiencing this discomfort. We’re in the middle of a winter snow storm the date is January 6 2024. Please do not be mislead by the response after this email from management. If they were this concerned or worried about or issues they would have fixed it instantly in time while asked for a MANAGER. Mind you I’m writing this email as I sit here in the hotel room. And not asks us to book another stay in this hotel where THEY GET A REAL REVIEW LIVE TIME. WILL CONTACT THE BBB. this is theft."

"Underrated hotel in terms of stars. It has 3, but I would give it 4 due to its excellent facilities. Very good hotel with everything you need to rest. More than just rooms, they offer studio apartments with all the necessary amenities for cooking, working, and sleeping. It's relatively close to New York and is an excellent option compared to the high prices in New York."

"I was reading reviews of this place and I was beginning to have second thoughts about this hotel after booking it. But I decided to say "screw it" and give it a shot. The front desk was very helpful at check-in. They gave us all of the information about the hotel and where everything was. Apparently, the people who left a review have complained about the smell and the mold in the rooms. The room smelled like how a typical hotel room is supposed to smell. There was no funky smell at all. There was no mold at all. Now here's why I only gave them four stars instead of five. My girl and I were there for 2 nights and 3 days. Every morning, she and I found a bug in the bathroom. The first morning, it was a house centipede. The second morning is a spider. Even though this hotel was clean, we were bound to catch bugs in the room since we were on the first floor and there may be some cracks in the foundation of the building, making it easier for the bugs to enter the hotel rooms on the first floor. Was I expecting a house centipede and a spider? Not really, but I didn't make a big fuss about it. I'm just happy it was those bugs and not ants, where they travel in colonies, making it really annoying to stay in the room. It was just one bug, and once you squashed it, that was it. We live in a world where even though you can thoroughly clean a place, there are going to be bugs in it, but the species of bugs was a bit weird-looking. I would stay there there again, to be honest. No species of bugs is going to stop my hotel experience and demand a refund. I'll try to go for something on the second floor, so the bugs don't get into the hotel rooms as easily. If they can perhaps get an exterminator to get rid of the bug problem, that could help too. Overall, the room was great! It felt like I was in a studio apartment, and with how much it was, it was really nice! The staff was personable and amazing to work with. The towels and bedsheets were very clean. I would like to thank Simply Select Suites for having us stay there and I will be in touch if I want to get another room from them again."

"I stayed here 5 nights. The location is close to highways, shopping and restaurants. The room had a very comfortable bed and nice soft sheets. It was an older but clean room with a slightly unpleasant smell. The air conditioner worked very well. The hotel allows pets and there are no designated rooms for guests with pets. Anyone with a pet dander allergy needs to be aware of this. The bathroom had excellent water pressure but could use an update. The towels and washcloths were soft and absorbant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. For the rate I paid, I would stay here again when travelling to the area."
