"Nice hotel but could definitely use some updates. Pool area has old chairs and the tables are falling apart. You also get a list of rules to follow before getting to use the pool. I also question the cleanliness of the pool/hot tub as I had to witness a couple sitting in the hot tub popping back pimples on each other. I don’t think I’d return."

"The room was very clean and the personal care items provided smelled very good. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the TV was not smart, so there’s no way you can connect your Netflix account or any other service and watch in there. You get stuck with live TV with boring channels. But the rest was very nice and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Isabel (swimming pool staff) was very kind and adorable."

"Our stay could have definitely been so much better. We enjoyed the service we got at breakfast, the staff was super nice and the eating area was clean and the breakfast was good, note that breakfast is not included with your stay. I got the room with kitchenette, but there were no pots, pans or dishes in our kitchen and at check out, I was told I needed to ask for whatever I needed for the kitchen. I had requested a walk in shower, because of a family member with special needs and we got a room with a hydro tub, which was so difficult for him to get in and out of, I was told there were no other rooms available. The swimming pool room lights were turned off while my son and other guest were still in the pool. The hotel decided to do a fire alarm check, so the elevators were not working and we had to take the stairs all the way up, with all our bags, had we known we would have stayed out longer. There were kids running up and down the hall way being loud and at the pool too, no one was watching them, I said something to the front desk, but nothing was done. The room size was comfortable and it was clean. A few simple adjustments and our stay could have been so much better. Location is good, there are places to eat and shop at nearby."

"My husband was staying here for work. Me and my daughter came to visit him. We had the best stay and absolutely will be back! The pool was excellent the perfect warmth for the winter. The restaurant has delicious food. The staff they went above and beyond for us! That means a lot traveling. Chloe and Maria at the front desk are the absolute best!"

"The room was nice and clean. The only thing I would recommend are better outlets to plug things in. The outlets were very loose and the plug to my medical equipment did not stay plugged in without some maneuvering. Also, the hotel could add some USB plug outlets by the bed or somewhere in the room. I had to go and buy a block to plug in my phone to charge."
