My recent experiences have been disheartening and reflect poorly on the reputation of your establishment. The primary issues I have encountered include prolonged wait times, unhelpful and indifferent staff, and a general lack of attentiveness to customer needs. On numerous occasions, I have found myself waiting excessively at the pharmacy counter, despite there being minimal customers present. This has led to frustration and inconvenience. Furthermore, the attitude and demeanor of the staff have been consistently unsatisfactory. I have encountered a lack of courtesy, empathy, and willingness to assist customers. The overall impression is one of indifference and disinterest in providing quality customer service. It is disconcerting to observe such a decline in service standards at a reputable pharmacy chain like CVS. As a loyal customer, I believe that prompt and courteous service is fundamental to the success of any business, and regrettably, this has not been my experience at the mentioned location. "Pharmacy on campus. There is also a passport photo booth and a lot of other things like snacks, drinks and office equipment, the place is relatively spacious and with many cash registers so there are no long lines. The staff are very nice and helpful. There is free parking within walking distance, you just have to look, you may also have to go a little further, but there is usually free parking for an hour."
