"I went back yesterday and put my signed paper in the entrance to the to the store in a box, asked for Dave the manager at the service desk and he was on vacation till Monday. "Never visited a price chopper before. But it is in an excellent location for students who live at UCONN. The selection was excellent and as good as any grocery stores back at home. The hot and fresh foods were plentiful. And I found some items I can't get at home and bought them to try. We also stocked the fridge for the local dorm room. Prices were reasonable, and a Starbucks was inside if you were looking for that. Parking was plentiful, and it is located off the main road."
"I have been frequenting this particular Price Chopper store for almost 2 years now, generally speaking twice a week. I must say, that the staff is simply excellent! They are kind, helpful, and friendly. The quality of the quality is also great. I find that the prices in many cases are lower than I find elsewhere. My hat is off to the manager of the store. His first name is david. I don't know his last name, but he is a very excellent manager and a hard worker. Often times he has seen helping out the regular staff in the aisles stocking and also working with customers when they are issues. Every single person I've ever been involved with there has been as I noted above kind and helpful. I live in Hartford and I must say this store is a model Price Chopper store. I wish we had more of those in the Hartford area"
