"Rented a property managed by property scouts for 2 years and had many issues. The house was put up for sale during our tenancy and when the open home period was extended by over a month we were not notified of this at all. We also had issues with the roof leaking with property scouts failing to fix the issue for over a month. At the end of our lease scaffolding was put up by the home owners and we received minimal notice of this from property scouts and were unable to move some large pieces of furniture out at the end of the lease. We were also told we owed amounts varying from $1300 to $300 at the end of our lease and were sent our final rent statement with obvious mistakes which was only resolved weeks later after we pointed these out to property scouts Communication was terrible and very unprofessional at times and we never received an explanation or apology for any of the issues we dealt with at the end of our tenancy. Could go on but unprofessional and would not recommend."
