"The kind of agency that calls for the need to regulate property managers. Was unfairly denied a tenancy reassignment then treated very rudely by their property managers, leaving me needing to find a new place just before moving down. They continued on to bully the current tenants when we tried to sort a flatmates agreement between ourselves. Definitely would not recommend supporting local in this case."
"I would give an even higher rating if I could. I moved to Dunedin in 2020 and within a fortnight we secured a home with NIDD. Aimee was our property manager and we also communicated a lot with Rachael - both of them are phenomenal. They treated the space as our home, always respectful with inspections, quick to reply and taking action if there was ever an issue. In my opinion, a good property manager is just as important as a good rental, so if you have the option to rent a house from NIDD - do it. These guys take incredible care of their tenants!"

Both Rachael and Nigel were warm, receptive, and clear communicators. They were swift to respond and remediate any issues that arose and consistently checked in on me and my apartment. I would highly recommend Rachael and Nigel to tenants and advise that they would enjoy a comfortable experience with them. If I owned a rental property, I would have Rachael and Nigel manage it for me."
