"This is odd and inappropriate to be leaving a review of a medical centre. The female receptionists were friendly and professional but the male one was chatting very loud about his neighbour being arrested for being in possession of illegal chop-chop tobacco. I didn't have to wait too long and was seen very promptly by a doctor who did not introduce himself and who wore a mask, so I understood very little of what he said to me. He seemed angry, but completed the forms I needed, albeit with some errors. He also gave me a prescription for some conventional synthetic pharmaceutical chemicals, which is, after all, the main reason for his existence. We did discuss some other therapies, but these were not in his wheelhouse, nor was there time in his ten minute slot. Overall, he did his job, and I was satisfied with the experience."

"Drove over an hour to get to the clinic and was prepared to wait as I was a walk-in. Confusion in reception left me sitting for just over half an hour before I was told that because I had a suspected chest infection, it was policy that the doctor would NOT see me. I was given the number for a telephone consult. Rang the number when I got home and was told I was definitely on the list and a doctor would phone me (don't know how he could listen to my chest over the phone but okay). It has now been three days and I still haven't received a call."

The front desk staff were most helpful, bright and happy.Within 20 minutes I saw a doctor and then a nurse to dress my wound both of these ranked 10/10.I subsequently visited C 24 hr M C on 8 more occasions over 2 weeks,every time the same level of efficiency care and professionalism. I do hope the team enjoyed the chocolates and flowers,THANK YOU all."

"I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, especially someone from outside Australia. I’m from Canada leaving tomorrow on a three-night overnight scuba diving trip from Cairns. I have severe seasickness and wanted to get medical advice about what to take to prevent it while out on the ocean. Once I registered with the front desk, I only waited 15 minutes to see a very knowledgable and caring doctor who answered all my questions and gave me prescriptions for two different anti-nausea pills. For this excellent service, I was only charged AU$90 - a real bargain, considering the fast and efficient service I received."
