"As a long term patient of this place, I am slowly losing faith in this clinic. There is a high turn over of Dr's, with no care to patients - no email or correspondence to say a Dr has left the clinic. My husband has lost 2 Dr's from this clinic and now the Dr who got me through my last pregnancy and became my childs GP has left. The only decent Dr is Dr Bilbe. I dont rate Dr Meehan at all, very rude and judgemental, does not listen or care for your concerns. Since Shelly left Reception, the Reception desk is just a joke. You are basically a number in that place and it very much feels that way too. Once Dr Bilbe retires, who we have seen for 40+ yrs, I will find somewhere else. Used to think this clinic was pretty good, not anymore."

"The receptionists are very unprofessional and insufficient. The GP i have been seeing no longer works there so I requested to transfer all of my medical records to another clinic. It took them almost a week to respond to the other clinic’s record request form to start with, yet did not pass the record to my GP when I went to see him in the other clinic 4 week later. My GP told me that he did go back to the McLeod clinic just last week but they didn’t give him any usb of patient medical record. At the time when I was charged $22 by the McLeod clinic for this request, I have specifically mentioned the timeframe I needed it to be delivered. I was assured by them that it should not take more than 4 weeks before my appointment with him. However, it was never passed on. How hard can it be to handle a paid admin service such a transfer in a usb? It completely wasted my time with my GP. It took him more time to work out my history so he ran out time with me and need me to book another appointment with him. What a frustrating experience with the McLeod clinic!"

"I had stitches removed after surgery while holidaying in Cairns. Dr Hannah was great. Knowledgeable, warm and good communications. Nurse Abbey was the same. Highly recommend!"

"I have been attending this medical centre for some time now and can not fault the service. The staff are extremely professional, caring, kind and knowledgeable. I am always lucky enough to see my regular GP Dr. Holzhauser, who is not only a wonderful women's health GP but is also amazing with young children. Today however my toddler had an accident and the practice went above and beyond to see him first up between appointments. We were reviewed by Dr McLeod, and again the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this practice to all."
